The first months rent is prorated to the first (1st) day of the next month.

For example: If you rent a unit on the fifteenth (15th) day of a month that has thirty (30) days, you would pay half of a month’s rent for the balance of that month, and the full monthly rent will be due on the first (1st) day of that next month.

Late Payment and Dishonored Bank Check Fees

There will be a $20.00 fee assessed for each unit or parking space rent not paid within 10 days after the due date. There will be a $20.00 penalty assessed as a penalty for any dishonored bank check.

Annual Payment Discount

Get two (2) months free if you rent by the year and pay in advance. The amount would be ten (10) times the current monthly rate.

Return of Security Deposit

We will refund your security deposit when you vacate your unit under these conditions:

A.) If you owe zero balance and rent is up to date

B.) The unit MUST be ‘broom clean’.

Otherwise we will retain your deposit.
